Shipping policy

While we have very few items damage during shipping we do have it happen on rare occasion. Shipping cost for a return item is the responsibility of the customer with the exception of:

*Flawed product sent by seller

*Damaged through the initial shipping phase 

Returned item must be shipped back in original box with sufficient packaging material to prevent additional damage.
